Fluid around the heart is called Cardiac Tamponade. It is a life threatening illness that can lead to worsening function of the heart, Causing Diastolic collapse and cause death if not treated.

technically speaking there is nothing called as fluid in heart, i think u r referring to a condition called as pericardial effusion. the heart is covered by a layer of plastic like layer called pericardium. any collection of fluid in pericardium is called pericardial effusion. its a potentially dangerous condition as it might lead to heart failure.
