i was wondering why it is doing this, it is really frightening it is really making my highs un enjoyable which is extremely disappointing i was just wondering why it is doing this because it has never done it before and i have smoked well over 500+ times

I have to say that an increased heart rate is very normal when you are smoking. It sounds to me like everything you've experienced was anxiety, and that just makes your heart rate shoot up through the roof. The discomfort and feeling of tightness in your chest is likely the anxiety. It's an unfortunate side effect of smoking and it's worse the less you smoke. If you start smoking every day, you will develop a tolerance and your heart won't race as much. The best thing I can recommend is that you have to try your best to ignore it. If it really bothers you, imagine that you are just exercising or doing a cardiac workout where that sort of elevated heart rate is normal. Sitting down will also help lower your rate. And it should go without saying that if you don't smoke often you will feel very strange when you get high.

In response to "?" : Where are you learning your facts.... I believe you mean INDICA, not Indigo. And the "Bud Blues" you speak of, are the most common withdraw symptoms.

Here you can find some basic information : http://www.thcdigest.com/indica-vs-sativa/

I would advise educating yourself about the physical, mental, medical, and spiritual effects/benefits before you chose to try a drug and before you inform someone of something incorrect or misleading.

NOW - TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION :

Being a chronic smoker effects an individual mentally and physically. Having taken a month long break, your body was probably releasing all of the toxins that had been built up for the duration of your use. Your lungs had not inhaled smoke for that duration of time, so it was shocking to them since they were detoxing. The shock targets your lungs, heart, brain, and body.

If you don't like the physical effects from "smoking", simply make a choice about smoking it or not. If you have a medical reason or are actually in physical need of cannabis - there are other products that contain THC that you can try which would be less harmful on your lungs. Products such as ; tinctures, edibles, pills, and more. (Just search and do a little research)

If your are smoking for enjoyment / socializing, maybe try some of the other forms listed.... or reduce the amount you inhale so it won't be as harsh on your lungs. (Vaporizing might be an option if you prefer to SMOKE. But just remember, it is your body and you are damaging your lungs. So with all psychoactive drugs - take/do with moderation)

From what you expressed, your highs are no longer enjoyable - that is your body and mind telling you, you probably don't need it.

Depending on where you are located and if you are in fact a medical user then maybe seek other options in your community.

~ Good luck!

Well, check your sources. Is it laced? Do you know for sure?... Secondly, ask yourself about certain breeds, different strands can have different affects. Is it Indigo or sativa? Indigo and sativa are the two major branches of weed. Indigo, which is more commonly found, can have a sleepy affect on a person. Sativa (depending on location) can be difficult to find, but has a more "uppity high" to it. Or maybe you got a case of the "Bud Blues" which can occur in smoking too much after a period of time where you have not. The "Bud Blues" has characteristics of pale skin, sweating, puking, rapid and intense heart beats and in some cases doubled or blurry vision and disorientation...

OR MAYBE! YOU SHOULD STOP SMOKING DOPE! Pot isn't for everyone... Hope my knowledge of the subject can help.

So stop smoking weed and the symptoms will be gone.
