Dear Pinky,

I have been suffering from heart palpitations for quite some time now. I am 23 years old. You don't have to worry about it but just keep an eye on it. When ever the palpitations start, stop doing any physical activity and take some rest. normally it works for me. They had given me a holter to monitor my heart, and mine went up to more than 150 beats per minute. I used to take pills called beta blockers which work on controlling these palpitations. do control your caffeine intake. My cardiologist told me that my problem have to do with the electrics of the heart. It seems that I have a small wiring problem and that this could be solved by a minor operation, nothing big. This operation will cut the extra wiring.

Keep it up pinky and don't worry too much.

You might want to investigate both chronic Lyme/coinfections and microwave sickness.

Post that you need to find a Lyme Literate Medical Doctor and a reliable lab.

Babesia and bartonella (two common coinfections) are known for causing anxiety and panic attacks, as is microwave sickness, and I think infection works along with these frequencies somehow.

It's very possible that your cell phone or cordless phone, and perhaps even wi-fi at your school is aggravating the situation. I'm not sure about wi-fi at your school, but where is the closest cell phone tower?

The reason I mention microwave sickness though is because chronic exposure to electromagnetic and microwave fields eventually leads to a redistribution of metals in the brain, along with a ruptured blood-brain barrier. If you do have Lyme, one reason Lyme is nearly impossible to eradicate (even with antibiotics) is because it is able to cross the bloodbrain barrier, making it especially virulent - something that the wireless boom enables. One study even suggests that some organisms are more fertile when exposed to certain frequencies, so be sure to investigate both.

Do you have Microwave/EMR Sickness?

It is good that you have seen a Dr. Having had a baby it could just be that you need to check your nutrition, it sounds like you are off on some nutritional points.

I am not a Dr. but I really don't think that you are dieing. Find a good nutrition expert, and go from there, I have known several people that had an nutritional imbalance, and it can show up in different ways.

Good luck.
Easy, later tonight my rm.

You need to bring up your nutritional threshold within the body.

The pregnancy robs your body of nutrients, so does caffeine, alcohol and smoking.

Start juicing vegetables and fresh fruits. Take a good multi vitamin with extra B complex, sub lingual B12, D, Magnesium and C. Eat dried apricots. Take a complex amino acid. Get daily aerobic exercise like walking or running and plenty of rest.

For the iron deficiency you can add a teaspoon of molasses daily. Yuk.

Stay away from Aspartame, artificial sweeteners, alcohol, caffeine, and don't smoke.

Are you taking any (diet) weight reduction pills or any medications?
