im 25, my blood pressre is 144/86 and my pulse i 83. is ths ok or too high?What would you like to ask?

Im trying to concieve and take daily vitimins. I work as a social care worker and used the office pressure machine. But dont know what my results mean, someone wh knows anything, really appreciate some info! thank you in advance x

Your pulse is okay. Your blood pressure is a bit on the high side for someone your age. You need to monitor it several times to see if the reading is consistently on the high side. Try checking it a couple of times a day at different times for a week. Write it down and take the results to your doctor. Keep track of the time of day along with the reading. Do you have a family history of high blood pressure? Your doctor will want to know that also.
