130/85 is OK but 140/100 is too high. You really need to talk to your doctor about this instead of asking here. I worked as a RN for many years and I am amazed at how many people answer questions and give answers that could lead to serious health problems. I don't know where you are getting your blood pressure taken. The automatic blood pressure machines in drug stores and super markets are notorious for giving false readings. By the way, normal blood pressure does not increase with age. Normal/healthy blood pressure is the same at any age.

Yes it is good blood pressure. Since normal value is 120/80.

120/80 for normal patients without pathological conditions and without any blood pressure medications.....140/80 for people with pathological conditions or patients who are on blood pressure medications

Yes, it is withing normal limits, so if that is your blood pressure, then you are fine.

Well it would depend on your medical record, but it is normally not a bad thing.

Not really. It depends on your age. If you're over 80 years old, then it's an acceptable number.
