I don't know if it is normal for you, dear lady, seeing as I've never taken your blood pressure before.

There are several things to take into account when someone's blood pressure is taken, such as time of day, whether you've just been exercising or not, whether you feel under stress at the moment, who's taking the blood pressure reading (there's a particular thing that medical staff are aware of that's termed 'white coat syndrome'. It, basically, boils down to how you view the person taking the blood pressure.)

An average blood pressure reading for the majority of the healthy population would be 120 mg/Hg (milligrams of Mercury), systolic (that's the top number) over 60-80 mg/Hg diastolic (the lower number) pressure.

From the figures you give, it's not too far from ideal, in that respect.

If you do feel that there's something wrong with either your blood pressure, or anything else, you should see your doctor and explain your concerns. If you're in the UK, your doctor gets paid whether s/he sees you or not. As long as you're registered with his/her practice, they get a set amount from the NHS ... and this raises as to whether you are offered extra services, such as well-woman clinics, diabetes screening, etc. etc.
