Heart Beats?
Psycho

-I used to do sports but I have stopped for a couple of months.
-I eat healthy food, no junk/fast food and no soda, just maybe not much potassium and magnesium, too much calcium and vitamin c.
-I'm 20.
-I don't get tired quicker than normal, I'm fit and I don't feel dizziness, sight problems or any kinda pain.

the problem now is that I sometimes experience a very strong heart beat in the middle, with normal pulse rate, not an extra beat whatsoever, it's the same rate maybe but a different strength.
No pain whatsoever.
used to experience this twice a week max., now I have it like almost every hour or even more than once an hour.
no breathing problems.
is it something related to the electricity of the heart ?...what are the possible diseases ? is it dangerous ?...how can I make sure it isn't and what shall I do to maintain better health ?
Thanks

We can likewise dependably do exercises. There are exercises, for example, rolling your eyeball to form an undetectable square that are constantly recommended by the doctors to improve one's vision. I don't think about rapidly as there is no quick approach to reach one's objective.

Vegetarians can help to improve one's vision. I accept it in light of the fact that I am a vegetarian and my eye short-sightedness power remains the same without any increase after around 2 years. The doctor was stunned in light of the fact that teenagers at my years will normally have a most increase since we are continually staring at the TV, playing computers furthermore reading. I don't know whether it is completely true or not yet it does influence a bit on the result.

At any rate i propose to check the connection that i posted :) It worked for me

I have the same thing going on with me RIGHT NOW! I am 37 years old and my heart for the past year has been giving me problems, this past two weeks it has started beat very hard, then beat to fast, then it feels like it skips a beat, then normal again then it starts all over every other minute!! I was in the emergency room the other night and all they found was that I am anemic. I am going to the Doc tomorrow to find out what it could and i will share with you anyhing I find out, (if you like).

Dont let anyone tell you it is nothing, if you feel it and dont like there is something going on.

Most people believe that once they are diagnosed with some vision problem and start wearing eye glasses or contact lenses to correct them, they will have to do so for life in order to see better. Those who want a permanent solution to improve eyesight typically resort to Lasik or other corrective eye surgeries. But you you can also improve your vision without surgery and can see perfectly well without using eyeglasses or contact lenses. You can check here to know how https://tr.im/3e16f

take a magnifying glass and put it over something, and keep looking, the object gets bigger.

your problem is you are paying so much attention to your heart beat that you are getting yourself worked up, and then your heart will pound.

sit down, and thank God your heart is still beating. your fine.
